Ensure Spaces Meet Your Instructional Vision

Every district has a clear vision for student success. By establishing a shared set of priorities, you’ll create environments that empower teachers and accelerate student engagement.

How It Works

This collaborative session brings your leadership team together to align around your district’s mission and vision and develop a shared set of priorities for learning experiences and environments.

We bring your team together to clarify what student outcomes and learning experiences matter most for student success in your district.

Establishing clear learning outcomes ensures design choices support the needs of your students.

By creating focused design standards, you’ll better align future purchases with your goals and support consistent, student-centered environments.

The workshop typically requires 3-4 hours. Within two weeks, you’ll receive an actionable report that captures your student priority learning outcomes, student priority learning experiences, and design standards, followed by a meeting to walk through the strategic roadmap.

The workshop welcomes all stakeholders, typically including the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Chief Business Officer, Director of Curriculum/Teaching, Facilities Director, Procurement/Purchasing Director, Principals, and Teacher Leaders.

Following the workshop, you can choose priority areas for modernization based on budget allocation, implement pilot programs, or work with our design team to explore additional services.

Many see school modernization as “picking out furniture.” Our workshop ensures a comprehensive strategy that integrates your vision and mission with student learning outcomes and experiences, and design standards.
