Meteor Education Awarded 2026 Mental Health America Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health
National honor recognizes Meteor Education as a leader in supporting employee well-being
GAINESVILLE, FL – Meteor Education is proud to announce that it has been awarded a 2026 Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America (MHA), marking the organization’s third consecutive year receiving the distinction.

The Bell Seal is the nation’s top recognition for U.S. employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces, issued by MHA, the nation’s leading nonprofit dedicated to promoting the mental health and well-being of all people living in the U.S.
“Meteorites believe that how we take care of each other is just as important as the work we do. We are so grateful to our employees for helping us shape a space where everyone feels seen, respected, and empowered. Being recognized by Mental Health America three years in a row is a reflection of that commitment in action and the real win is seeing our people thrive.”
Deslyn Norris, Chief People Officer for Meteor Education
Meteor Education was evaluated across four areas: culture, benefits, compliance, and whole-health wellness programs. Meteor’s investment in its people includes comprehensive mental health services, employee assistance programs, and paid volunteer hours.
Particularly distinctive is Meteor’s network of Wellness Advisory Teams. These voluntary, employee-led groups work to sustain a culture of care from the inside out.
For Meteor Education, this recognition is a milestone, but not a finish line. The organization continues investing in policies and practices that put its people first.
Since 2019, MHA has awarded the Bell Seal to hundreds of employers for supporting the mental health of 5.1 million employees combined, following decades of research into best practices in workplace mental health.
