What is a Pilot Program?

Think of it as a hands-on evaluation where your school can assess how new learning environments support your instructional strategy—in real classrooms with real teachers and students.

Our pilot program serves key educational leaders including Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Directors of Curriculum/Teaching, Chief Business Officers, Principals, Facilities Directors, and Teacher Leaders.

Our team leads the process with your selected staff, providing applications for teachers and a rubric for leaders to choose pilot spaces. Our experienced design team creates instructionally-sound designs, then we deliver, install, and provide Environment Orientation for pilot teachers.

Pilot spaces are evaluated with our guidance, designs are adjusted accordingly, and you’re ready to proceed with full implementation for modernization.

The process typically takes 6-9 months from start to finish.

We provide an opportunity for teachers participating in pilot classrooms to express their opinions through an evaluative feedback process.

Meteor Education seamlessly integrates educational solutions into your infrastructure with minimal disruption. We deliver and install pilot spaces at your convenience, prioritizing smooth transitions to modern learning environments.

If you’d like to move forward, we’ll map out how to scale your proven furniture solutions to other spaces and sites across your district.
