Gainesville, FL, Oct. 2, 2018 – Today’s modern media center design reflects a laboratory of learning, typically including areas for action centers, makerspace, research and design labs and video conferencing. On October 4, Margaux DelGuidice and Rose Luna from the Center of College and Career Readiness will help audiences explore ways to create these learning hubs for their school communities.
The modern media center needs to be a space that motivates, inspires and challenges students as they work with each other and spend time engaged in hands-on learning experiences. On Thursday, October 4, MeTEOR Education will host a webinar on turning these learning commons into the type of learning environment that supports collaboration and knowledge co-construction. Attendees will discuss how to keep students feeling motivated, inspired and challenged as they work with others and spend time engaged in hands-on learning experiences.
Registrants receive a recording of the presentation along with research and resource materials. For more information, go to http://lp.meteoreducation.com/webinar-media-center-design-margaux-and-rose.
